HENNA & HAIR — OFFICIAL POLICIES & CLIENT AGREEMENT
By booking an appointment with HennandHair LLC, you acknowledge and agree to all policies listed below. These policies protect your time, your stylist’s time, and ensure a peaceful, high-quality experience for all clients.
1. HEALTH & SAFETY
If you are sick or experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness, please reschedule your appointment. This helps maintain a safe environment for all clients.
If you are coughing, sneezing, or have a runny nose—even if you believe you are getting over an illness—please wear your mask for the duration of your appointment.
2. LOCATION
Memphis, TN
(The full address will be included in your booking confirmation email after your deposit is paid.)
3. NO EXTRA GUESTS
To maintain a calm and spa-like atmosphere:

No extra guests are allowed unless they are being serviced.

One parent/guardian may accompany a minor receiving services (no additional children).

Drop-off is encouraged and welcomed.
4. COMMUNICATION POLICY
When booking appointments for a minor, please maintain one point of contact for scheduling and communication to avoid confusion.
5. PHOTO & VIDEO CONSENT
HennandHair documents and showcases styles for educational and promotional purposes.
By booking, you consent to photo or video content of your hair being used for marketing unless you decline in writing before your service begins.
6. PRICING
All service prices are listed on the website and/or discussed during consultations.
Prices are non-negotiable. Attempts to negotiate pricing may result in dismissal as a client.
7. DEPOSITS

All services require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment.

Deposits are applied to your final service balance.

Deposits may be transferred one time only if your appointment is rescheduled 24+ hours in advance and the new appointment falls within 30 days of your original date.
8. LATE ARRIVAL POLICY (15-Minute Grace Period)
To respect all clients’ time:

A 15-minute grace period is allowed.
-
Arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in:

Appointment cancellation
-
Deposit forfeited
-
A new deposit required to rebook
-
Proper notification is required via text message only.
Text your name, appointment time, and ETA to (901) 250-1220 before your appointment start time.
DMs, emails, late messages, or voicemails do not count as proper notice.
9. CANCELLATION POLICY (24 Hours Required)
To avoid additional fees, cancellations must be made 24+ hours in advance via text message only.
Proper cancellation notice is defined as:
A text message sent to (901) 250-1220 at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Late cancellations (inside 24 hours):

Deposit forfeited
-
You will be charged 75% of the scheduled service cost
Improper or late notification does not prevent these fees.
10. NO-SHOW POLICY
If you miss your appointment without notifying your stylist before your appointment start time, or you message after the appointment has already begun:

Your deposit is forfeited

Your card on file will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost

A new deposit is required for future bookings
-
Repeat no-shows may result in booking restrictions
11. ARRIVAL & BUILDING ENTRY
Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time.
Our building remains secured with locked entrances 24 hours per day.
To gain entry:

Text (901) 250-1220 when you have parked.

Please wait in your vehicle.

You will receive a text when your stylist is heading to the main entrance to let you in.
This ensures safety and prevents disruptions to services in progress.
12. VIP APPOINTMENTS
VIP appointments are services scheduled outside normal business hours.

VIP Fee: $50 in addition to service cost

Must be booked via text only at (901) 250-1220

Availability is based on stylist discretion

VIP deposit must be paid once the time is confirmed
13. FORMS OF PAYMENT
Accepted forms of payment include:

Cash (Exact amount; change not guaranteed)

All major credit/debit cards

HennandHair Gift Cards
-
Affirm / Afterpay
14. CONSULTATIONS
Consultations are required for:

New Goddess Loc clients
-
Specialty services
-
Clients with unique hair needs or questions
Requirements:

Protective styles must be removed before the consultation
-
Hair must be in a loose natural state or your own locs
-
Arriving unprepared will result in cancellation of the consultation and forfeiture of the fee
Consultation fee: $30 non-refundable
15. STYLE TAKE-DOWN SERVICES
If you need braids, twists, loc extensions, crochet, or other styles removed:

Please select the appropriate Add-On during booking
-
Additional time and fees will apply
16. PRODUCT POLICY
HennandHair uses products selected for their quality and effectiveness.
If you prefer to use your own products, you must bring them to your appointment.
You are responsible for storing any products you bring.
17. HAIR PURCHASE POLICY
There is a $25 service fee for your stylist to purchase crochet hair, human hair, or synthetic hair for your appointment.
Any unused hair must be taken home—HennandHair does not store leftover hair.
18. REFUNDS & SERVICE SATISFACTION
No refunds will be issued for services.
If you have any concerns, please communicate them during your appointment, before the service is complete.
Requests for adjustments or upgrades may result in additional fees.
19. LIABILITY RELEASE
By booking, you acknowledge that results vary based on hair health, lifestyle, and aftercare. You agree to:

Disclose any allergies or scalp sensitivities

Share any previous damage or chemical services

Follow all aftercare instructions
HennandHair is not liable for:

Allergic reactions
-
Breakage or issues resulting from pre-existing damage
-
Outcomes affected by improper aftercare
-
Problems caused by products or services performed by other stylists
