Henna & Hair Policies
Please Read all Henna&Hair Policies before booking. By booking a service you are agreeing to all of Henna&Hair’s terms and conditions.

MASK
All clients are required to wear a mask during the entire duration of their service. Your mask should be covering your mouth and nose at all times with no exceptions. Please protect your stylist and wear your mask.

IF YOU ARE FEELING SICK OR HAVE BEEN EXPOSED TO COVID-19, THE FLU, OR COMMON COLD IN THE PAST 14DAYS, DO NOT BOOK AN APPOINTMENT.

MEMPHIS, TN (Address will be given in booking email after deposit is paid)

NO EXTRA GUESTS
There will be no extra guests allowed unless they are being serviced. One parent/guardian (no extra children) is permitted with child unless pre-authorized by Henna&Hair. Drop off is optional.
PARENT/GUARDIAN BOOKING APPOINTMENTS
Please try and have ONE point of contact in the home when booking appoints for children. Trying to respond to more than one parent, when both parents are requesting the same information is extra work.
PHOTOS
Image and video content is a way for Henna&Hair to share our work with new and potential clients to see. Using images to promote Henna&Hair services is crucial for our website and social media presence. We will go over our social media policy during your first appointment. By booking with Henna&Hair you are agreeing to have your image and style used for our marketing purposes.
PRICING NEGOTIATIONS
Prices are non-negotiable. When you book with Henna&Hair you are agreeing to the prices set on the website and discussed in your consultation. Negotiating pricing will result in you being released as a client.
COMPLETION OF APPOINTMENT
Your appointment is not finished when you are under the dryer. Your service is complete once you have been undraped. Please wait until you have been undraped to discuss total payment due.
NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS (& Remaining Balances)

All Henna&Hair services require a non-refundable deposit to secure an appointment. The deposit goes towards your total cost of services.

There is a $30 deposit plus a $2.50 service fee that secures your slot for an appointment. Only $30 is applied to the remaining balance of your service. Your deposit must be paid before your appointment is booked.

If you cancel or miss your appointment, you have forfeited your non-refundable deposit. It will not transfer.

LATE POLICY
There is an additional $10 fee that will be added to balance AUTOMATICALLY after client is 15minutes late (even if you call and notify me ahead of time). After client is 20minutes late, your appointment is cancelled and deposit is forfeited, NO EXCEPTIONS.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If an appointment is cancelled it needs to be done at least 24hours in advance. The deposit will NOT be refunded.
If you accidentally schedule a service and you cancel it, you will not receive a refund. You must reschedule the appointment in order for you to keep your deposit, no exceptions.
RESCHEDULING POLICY
Appointments must be rescheduled up-to 24hours in advance. The deposit will transfer to your next appointment 1x.
EARLY ARRIVAL TO APPOINTMENTS
Please do not show up more than 10 minutes prior to your appointment. Showing up early does not mean your appointment will begin early. Your appointment will begin on time as scheduled, NO EXCEPTIONS.
VIP APPOINTMENTS

VIP HOURS= any hours or days outside of normal operating hours

VIP HOURS are an extra $50 along with the initial service cost. You must contact your stylist directly via TEXT ONLY at (901) 250-1220 when inquiring about VIP appointments.

Availability is not guaranteed. VIP deposit must be paid once a date and time is agreed upon.

CONSULTATIONS (35min)

All new Goddess Loc clients require a consultation whether you have locs or not.

All protective styles must be removed from your hair or locs prior to consultation.

Hair must be in a loose natural style or your real locs in order for consultation to proceed.

Consultation will be cancelled and fee will forfeited, if client arrives to the consultation with hair not prepped as requested above.

There is a $30 non-refundable fee for loc consultations. Fee must be paid to book your consultation.
STYLE TAKE DOWN
Henna&Hair requests that if you need hair taken down from braids, crochet, twists, or locs please indicate that through the “Add-On for additional services” tab. Taking down your hair requires additional time that will need to factored into your appointment service time. Therefore, there are additional fees incurred.

PURCHASING PRODUCTS
Henna&Hair has certain brands/products we work with for our clients hair services based on our personal and professional experience. If there are specific products or brands you need/want to use for your hair services you are responsible for purchasing those products for your appointment and storing them.
PURCHASING HAIR FOR CLIENTS
There is a $25 fee to purchase crochet hair, human hair, or synthetic hair for clients.
I do not store un-used hair for clients. Clients will be responsible for taking home any remaining un-used hair.
REFUNDS
No refunds. If you are unhappy with your service please let me know before the service is complete so that we can discuss your issue and options. Please note there may be an increase in price added to your total cost of services based on the updated services you request.
